SPL solid differential bushings for S14 and Z32 1. Remove differential from subframe.
2. Remove old rear differential mounting bushings from subframe.
3. Install aluminum bushings:

The bushings are designed to be a slightly tight fit, but as the mounting holes on the subframe are not precisely round, some may have more difficulty than others in installing these bushings. We have found some simple items that can be used to "pull" in the bushing:
1/2" gas pipe flange
1/2" threaded rod some nuts and washers for threaded rod Place the gas pipe flange on the opposite side of where the bushing is started, and using the rod and nuts to press the bushing in. PIC

4. Remove old front differential mounting bushings from differential. Install the new bushings. Note: On v1 bushings, the main bushing piece goes from the top of the differential, and the spacer piece goes on bottom as shown:

On v2 bushings, the bushings are symmetrical, simply press them in on both sides of the pumpkin "ears".
5. Reinstall differential and front support bar, torque all bolts and nuts to spec.
